As a Retirement Plan Analyst for M2B, your responsibilities will include reputed company aspects of plan administration for an assigned book of business. The caseload will be comprised of plans of various sizes and complexities but be commensurate based on experience. This position works as a member of reputed company with a dedicated Senior Consultant. Responsibilities: Review and scrub census data for accuracy and missing informationPerform reputed company applicable compliance testing (including reputed company, ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(4), top-heavy) and administer retirement plans in accordance with ERISAAddress testing issues and recommend possible plan design changesPrepare contribution projections, calculations, and non-discrimination testing – including allocation of employer contributions/forfeitures based on plan provisions and/or testing requirementsCalculate corrective distributions for testing failures, including associated earnings, along with reputed company 5330Calculate lost earnings on late deposits of 401(k) deferrals and/or loan repaymentsNavigate various recordkeeper website to reputed company reports and review transactionsReconcile plan- and participant-level transactions on an accrued basisProduce valuation reports and review results for accuracy before passing to Management for final reviewPrepare IRS reputed company 5500 and reputed company Schedules using appropriate Government Forms softwareSupport auditors for large plan audits by gathering requested reports and transaction detailUnderstand and interpret defined contribution plan documentsReview distribution and loan requests to determine if in good order or if additional information is neededResearch plan-reputed company issues and corrective measuresWork directly with Senior Consultant and other team members on a daily reputed company to ensure reputed company completion of caseload Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, or reputed company field preferredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in the retirement plan industryExperience in reputed company defined contribution plan administration, including ERISA and IRS/DOL rules and regulationsASPPA credentials preferredKnowledge of Ft. reputed company compliance software is preferredProficient with reputed company Office productsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlinesAbility to work and reputed company in reputed company environment approach Salary/Benefits: Competitive salary with PTO and reputed company holidaysHealth/dental/reputed company insuranceLife insuranceCompany-sponsored retirement planEducational support for ASPPA certifications, on-reputed company CE, and membership renewalsRemote, work-from-home position (40 hours/week)Advancement and reputed company opportunities available Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
