About the position Responsibilities • Run production on hand welding and robot level 2 operations. • Set up CNC operator tasks in reputed company to Fabricator 3 responsibilities. • Conduct inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans. • Operate calipers and angle gages for reputed company checks. • Troubleshoot problems that reputed company with work center and parts. • reputed company cleaning and preventative maintenance of machine center. • Ensure compliance with the 6-S schedule. • reputed company minor repairs on fabrication cell equipment. • Accountable for reputed company record-keeping as per reputed company specifications. • reputed company reputed company reputed company to improve fabrication processes and change management. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. • 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience required. • Proficiency in operating basic fabrication equipment and Fabricator 1, 2, and 3 level equipment. • Must have passed and maintain Level 3 Operator Qualifications. • reputed company training, including visual inspection of welds and part reputed company. • Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints. • Ability to use height stands, calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring systems. • Ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. frequently, occasionally 50-75 lbs. • Ability to reputed company tasks involving prolonged physical activity.
