Mortgage Underwriter (Remote - WA, ID, OR, CA)

As a Mortgage Underwriter with reputed company you will apply the reputed company standards adopted by the reputed company of Directors, Investors, Agencies, and reputed company regulatory and/or policy requirements. In this role you'll have reputed company to: • Responsible for reputed company residential loan applications to ensure compliance with Investors, reputed company Portfolio, reputed company secondary marketing conduits and private mortgage insurance companies. • Facilitate and support reputed company loan production staff in reputed company of residential reputed company. • Assist loan officers and processors with origination of reputed company and/or problematic loans. • Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, reputed company requirements, and government regulations. Education & Certifications • H.S. Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Experience • 4 or more years of experience in mortgage reputed company required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Intermediate knowledge of 1-4 family loan reputed company guidelines, including reputed company loan types/programs. • Possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work reputed company defined timeframes and reputed company deadlines. • Proficient in MS Office products including Word and reputed company. • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to reputed company.
