The Corporate Counsel - Ancillary Services will serve as a key reputed company advisor responsible for managing a broad reputed company of reputed company and regulatory reputed company reputed company to ancillary service lines—including laboratories, imaging, ambulatory surgery centers, pharmacy, and other outpatient services. The ideal candidate will bring 4-5 years of relevant reputed company regulatory and corporate reputed company experience, with the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company and business environments, reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company advice, and proactively identify and mitigate risk.
Responsibilities

• Advise on federal and state reputed company laws, including reputed company, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims reputed company, HIPAA, CLIA, and state licensure and scope of reputed company requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various reputed company reputed company and agreements, including service agreements, MSAs, vendor reputed company, joint ventures, and leases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with corporate policies and reputed company obligations.
• Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting ancillary services and advise accordingly.
• Support internal governance initiatives and assist with policy development and implementation.
• Communicate and negotiate with regulators, reputed company counsel, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in reputed company regulatory and corporate reputed company reputed company, preferably including in-house experience and reputed company reputed company advising reputed company clients
• Deep understanding of reputed company regulations and operational issues specific to ancillary services

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
