Marketing Manager, HCP Omnichannel Bone Health

Description: • Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients • Our shared mission—to serve patients living with serious illnesses—drives all that we do. • Shape CRM Journeys: Lead strategy and execution of HCP CRM campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Elevate Peer-to-Peer Engagements: Build omnichannel pre- and post-event experiences for our P2P strategy. • Drive the execution of the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) omnichannel engagement strategy. • Empower the Field: Develop and optimize field enablement tools like rep-triggered emails and Connect-a-Rep. • Fuel Innovation: Collaborate with the Omnichannel Lead, MCM Lead, and agencies on modular content development. • Analyze & Optimize: Partner with Customer Data & Analytics and Campaign Operations to measure campaign performance. • Orchestrate Execution: Support Symphony omnichannel campaign operations. • Prolia hcp website owner: Manage updates to ProliaHCP.com, ensuring it reflects current strategy. • Ensure Compliance: Lead MAC/MLR review of digital assets. • HCP budget management: Act as the HCP budget consolidator.
