Knowledge and Experience • Five years' experience property management experience • Multi- family industry required. • Strong marketing, customer service, pricing and sales skills required. • Must have effective team building and employee development skills. • Candidate must be service- and solution-oriented and have a proven results-driven reputed company record. • Must possess excellent financial and business acumen. • Knowledge of property management software platforms including (reputed company, reputed company) • A reputed company reputed company's license and reputed company of insurance is required.
