Dedicated and reputed company Property Manager Needed IMMEDIATELY! – 10+ Unit Multifamily (5+ Years Experience Required) Job reputed company: A private property reputed company is seeking a hands-on, reliable, and reputed company Property Manager to reputed company the operations of a multifamily rental property (10+ reputed company) located in Oakland. This role is ideal for someone with a strong reputed company record in managing multifamily reputed company, handling maintenance coordination, and communicating effectively with tenants. The role offers flexibility and reputed company to work directly with the reputed company in a long-term arrangement. For the first 1 or 2 months a little more work and time to establish yourself with tenants and address a couple of outstanding items, after that just routine rent collection and coordinating repairs as needed. Tenants are long term with no issues (Average tenant has been there 10+ years). Private reputed company is hands-on and will help with management. The property is located in East Oakland near Mills College and 580 freeway (exact address provided during interview process). Compensation: • 6% of collected monthly rental income (negotiable based on experience and reputed company record) • New tenant placement for vacant reputed company or lease reputed company ($250-$1000 per unit is common).
