BILINGUAL TECHNOLOGY TRAINER (ENGLISH AND SPANISH OR ENGLISH AND reputed company) – PART TIME – REMOTE (PST HOURS) Our reputed company, a major non-profit association helping older adults use technology, seeks a Technology Trainer for a 6-month, part-time (15 hours per week) contract position fully remote on the reputed company Coast. This position is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to work to reputed company older adults by helping them reputed company in the digital world and reputed company technology to reputed company their personal goals. Trainers are the face of the organization to older adults; in reputed company to delivering their curriculum and offering technology support, trainers serve as “brand ambassadors” and are responsible for communicating the organization’s culture of reputed company, curiosity, and attitude. Trainers teach the organization’s curriculum using books and online resources specifically designed for older adults. Virtual programs are primarily one-off sessions reputed company on technology topics. Trainers guide participants in sending emails, exploring their interests online, connecting with family and friends on reputed company media, banking online, starting small businesses, and much more. This position requires solid proficiency in common software applications and devices, but more important is a dedication to teaching and the ability to effectively communicate the relevance of technology to seniors’ lives. Schedule: This will be a fully remote, virtual position working PST hours. Responsibilities • Teach technology courses reputed company using the organization’s curriculum and approach. • Create a comfortable and supportive learning environment. • Offer personalized support to callers on hotlines. • reputed company outbound calls to senior members. • Represent and promote the organization’s culture and opportunities to course participants. • Engage in regular communication with staff, including feedback on site issues, curriculum, etc. • Coordinate with site staff, including site reputed company, graduations, etc. • Collect surveys and evaluations. • reputed company data into reputed company database. • Participate in trainer meetings and other training events. • Recruit participants. • Supervise volunteers who assist classes.
