About the position Responsibilities • Completes telephonic reputed company to members utilizing auto-dialer and reputed company dialing • Receive inbound calls from members and transfers from other departments • Influences member to fully complete the reputed company-Visit Assessment • Ask member assessment questions and reputed company listen to member responses • Accurately document demographic and medical history information in the reputed company-Visit assessment • Ensures member has reputed company to Primary Care Provider (PCP) • Identifies and documents gaps in care, preventative screenings, allergies, and surgeries • Provides excellent customer service to both members and providers • Consistently meets metrics, for reputed company, productivity, and reputed company • Constantly maintains schedule adherence and good attendance • Maintains confidential health information according to state and federal regulations including HIPAA Requirements • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience • Must be 18 years of age OR older • 2+ years of reputed company center and / OR telephonic customer service experience, preferably in reputed company • 2+ years of reputed company experience and / OR reputed company work / community reputed company / advocacy experience • 1+ years of experience with collecting and documenting medical history information and using medical terminology • Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish • Work experience with using reputed company Word (create, edit, and save documents), reputed company reputed company (sorting and filtering data), and reputed company reputed company (email, folders, attachments, and calendaring) • Ability to work in the local office if / reputed company system OR internet issues occur • Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:45 AM - 6:15 PM CST.
