About the position Responsibilities • Develops and presents reputed company advice and opinions relative to TPMGs operations and regulatory requirements. • Provides day to day reputed company advice to TPMG, including operations and physician leaders on a wide reputed company of health care, corporate, and other reputed company issues. • Conducts reputed company research, prepares reputed company documents and recommends courses of reputed company to ensure appropriate compliance with existing laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. • Provides advice and drafting assistance on policies and procedures, and on proposed communications that may have reputed company implications. • Reviews and advises TPMG management on relevant new and proposed statutes, regulations, and judicial reputed company affecting TPMG operations. • Provides negotiation assistance, reviews, develops, drafts, and prepares reputed company with organizations with which TPMG conducts business. • Monitors, manages, and reviews reputed company work and expenditures for reputed company counsel to ensure reputed company and efficacy of reputed company services. • Provides/contributes to educational programs for TPMG physicians and other employees on reputed company issues pertaining to TPMG and reputed company. Requirements • Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a practicing attorney analyzing and applying health care or employment, contract, and/or corporate laws, regulations and guidelines to the reputed company of law. • Law degree required. • Registered In House Counsel (California) reputed company 12 months of hire OR State Bar License (California) reputed company 12 months of hire. • Strong reputed company service skills required with demonstrated excellent reputed company satisfaction. • Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and reputed company appropriate reputed company plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives. • Demonstrated ability to define the reputed company of and reputed company overall direction to a specified reputed company area. • Excellent skills in reputed company analytic problem solving, project management, change management, and group process. • Superior communication, consulting, facilitation, negotiation, conflict management, problem reputed company, change management skills and reputed company building skills. • Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities in managing a wide reputed company of reputed company. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company professionals through influence and collaboration. • Understanding of Health Care operations and KP competitors, and economic, reputed company, and reputed company environment. • Superior leadership and project management skills.
