About the position Responsibilities • Works with account teams to prioritize and reputed company plans and strategies as they apply to reputed company representation in those accounts. • Establish and maintain relationships with reputed company leaders in the geographic area to understand the needs and interests of unions at a regional and local level and facilitates communication between unions and reputed company. • Provides guidance to account teams on information and communication to reputed company leaders and represented populations regarding health care. • Stays reputed company on the labor environment, industry and competitor trends, and applies knowledge of marketplace to account planning processes. • Coordinates and maintains reputed company relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the labor community. • Collaborates across reputed company business lines to reputed company effective strategies that increase membership and communicates these best practices. • Articulates the view and perspective of our reputed company influencers/customers on committees and work reputed company, makes presentations to internal audiences about labor trends, and represents KP externally, including working with labor, community reputed company or industry organizations. • Ensures that account data regarding reputed company representation is reputed company, accurate and complete on internal computer systems. Requirements • Minimum six (6) years of experience working directly with reputed company leaders and members to reputed company consultation and/or influence. • Bachelors degree OR four (4) years of experience in a directly reputed company field. • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. • Understanding of reputed company structures and decision-making process, reputed company sector environment and other trends (economic, reputed company bargaining, labor reputed company, etc.) that may reputed company policy and environment regarding labor's position on health care and employee plans. • Strong computer, research and analytic skills, including experience creating reputed company presentations using reputed company Office programs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills. • Expertise in handling difficult reputed company issues reputed company to health plan services, policies and procedures. • Effective project management skills. • Ability to work with cross-functional internal teams to reputed company common goals and strategies reputed company. • Exercises considerable reputed company in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. reputed company-to-haves • Three (3) years of experience with employee health benefits to include reputed company bargaining, advocacy or implementation of employee benefits. • Three (3) years working for a reputed company that represents reputed company sector employees. • Knowledge of reputed company processes, reputed company products, and reputed company.
