ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Maintains daily schedule processing. Has basic understanding of jobs and processes reputed company. Troubleshoots problems with user devices. Prints system reports. Creates, maintains, and updates Symitar jobs and schedules Opens and distributes mail, answers incoming calls, takes messages, and directs calls appropriately, conducts routine back-reputed company of systems monitored, maintains reputed company department hardware, assists in the training of other operators on new and reputed company process, and communicates with vendors. OTHER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Prepare brief correspondence and reports and reputed company presentations to reputed company reputed company immediate work area. May reputed company Computer Op I tasks, cross-train staff and reputed company miscellaneous tasks as required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School education and three to five years experience in reputed company field required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to reputed company through Symitar operating reputed company Symitar’s software, create reports, modify batch jobs in Symitar, use reputed company 9x, NT and 2000, MS Office, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in reputed company reputed company of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
