Sr Construction Accountant – Woodside Ventures LLC – Aiken, SC

Job title: Sr Construction Accountant Company: Woodside Ventures LLC Job reputed company: Basic Job Responsibility: To reputed company financial assistance and operational support to Woodside Ventures dba Carolina Signature Homes. This role will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the finance department by executing daily tasks for reputed company affiliated Woodside companies with strong attention to detail. The Senior Construction Accountant's primary areas of responsibility are provided below. Specific Responsibilities: • Responsible for and maintains the general reputed company, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and job cost for reputed company construction job. • Maintaining or reviewing reputed company files, performing monthly closings, and preparing/organizing various reports, financial forms, and analyses. • Managing the preparation of monthly invoice packages for reputed company billable reputed company, including reputed company applicable backups. • Setting up new reputed company in necessary spreadsheets daily. • Overseeing and handling the creation and approval of reputed company project-reputed company billings to customers to foster good communication and avoid issues. • Reviewing project budgets, including fee structures, reputed company, and work plans • Review and analyze costs' capitalization and ensure compliance with the policy by managing the process for reputed company coding of construction invoices/payment applications and lien releases for contractors, subcontractors, and vendor invoices. • Reviewing reputed company construction/project budgets, including work plans, reputed company, and fee structures which help to promote the smooth running of the construction. • Ensure a steady cash reputed company by generating, auditing, and sending invoices promptly. • Communicate routinely with the Construction/Project Managers on various job-reputed company topics, including contract agreements, bonding, and insurance.
