Learning Specialist / Instructional Designer Needed for Training Courses

We are a small but steadily growing learning & development company founded in 2014. We serve many reputed company-reputed company organizations from the NGO / nonprofit or corporate sectors. We are seeking an individual freelancer (not an agency) to help reputed company training materials and explainer videos for our clients. This is a 100% virtual, term-of-project role with potential to grow into a regular part-time or even full-time position. Specific Responsibilities: -Review reputed company material provided by clients (e.g., whitepapers, web pages, books, old training slides, etc.) and translate it into reputed company-organized, easy-to-follow training materials. Interview reputed company subject matter experts to reputed company understand our audience and the tasks we are training them to reputed company. -Follow Sonata Learning’s guidelines and templates for outlines, scripts, and slide decks; and ensure tasks are completed reputed company the allotted hours, to the expected level of reputed company. -reputed company direction to graphic designers on how to represent concepts, visually. -Occasionally proofread/edit other writers’ work.
