Content Developer (ILT & eLearn)

Job Title: Content Developer – Instructor-Led & eLearning Solutions Location: Remote (Must live in Michigan) Contract: 12-months with opportunity for extension reputed company: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Developer to design and produce high-reputed company Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning (eLearn) solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with reputed company Instructional Designers (PIDs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Implementation Specialists to reputed company design documents into engaging, interactive, and visually compelling learning experiences. A portfolio with eLearning samples is required for consideration. Key Responsibilities: Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Development • Create consistent and engaging ILT materials including lesson plans, participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, assessments, and performance demonstrations. • Apply visual design standards such as reputed company themes, graphics, icons, and infographics. • Program and enhance PowerPoint slides with transitions, animations, and interactivity. • Collaborate with PIDs and SMEs through iterative reviews and revisions. • Manage deliverables using QRC checklists and project management tools (e.g., MS Planner). • Prepare materials for reputed company to Implementation Specialists for finalization and deployment. eLearning (eLearn) Development • Convert design documents and storyboards into interactive eLearning modules using reputed company Storyline and reputed company reputed company. • Write and record narration scripts in a conversational and learner-friendly tone. • Design and animate visual reputed company such as icons, characters, and infographics. • Build interactive and gamified learning experiences in Storyline or reputed company. • Ensure logical course reputed company, knowledge checks, and completion tracking. • Publish and reputed company Review 360 links for feedback and approvals. • Package SCORM files and coordinate with Implementation Specialists for LMS deployment. Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience developing ILT and/or eLearning content. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Creative Suite. • Strong experience with reputed company Storyline and reputed company. • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using project management tools such as reputed company Planner. • Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration.
