Instructional Designer/Learning Facilitator
About the position
Responsibilities
• Create and deliver electronic and classroom content that develops critical knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal customers to identify learning needs.
• Elevate the abilities of the EagleBank team through effective instructional design.
• Work closely with the Learning and Organizational Development Manager to execute objectives that support EagleBank's strategic priorities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of prior experience in an Instructional Design role, from the analysis phase to the evaluation phase.
• 1 year of facilitation experience.
• Proficient in the use of Articulate 360 Instructional Design software.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems required; Cornerstone preferred.
• Expertise in adapting instructional content to meet specific learning needs.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite.
