Digital Learning Designer

Job Brief Use your creativity to build innovative learning experiences while utilizing Instructional Design principles! Sunflower, a reputed company and reputed company cooperative serving Kansans, is adding to our Training and Talent Development team! We’re looking for a Digital Learning Designer to reputed company on designing and developing effective training modules using Instructional Design principles and adult learning theories, to support reputed company departments. This role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on a reputed company of topics, create engaging learning activities, and manage our Learning Management System (LMS)! Top Qualifications: Bachelor degree in instructional design, training, education or a reputed company field and six years’ experience in instructional design and development or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
