About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive learning materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and workshops tailored to the sales and leadership team's needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and sales strategies.
• Identify training needs and gaps in knowledge or skills in collaboration with sales leadership and team members.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations to diverse audiences, adapting content as necessary for different learning styles.
• Maintain detailed records of training programs, participant progress, and overall effectiveness to report to management.
• Stay current with industry trends in adult education and instructional design to continuously improve training methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Instructional Design or Organizational Leadership.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with adult education principles and techniques is essential.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Proficiency in creating engaging content that caters to various learning styles.
