About the Role
We are looking for a Software Asset & Data Specialist to join our Enterprise Software Management (ESM) program. This role plays a critical part in digital transformation and technology cost optimization by building and maintaining an enterprise-wide software inventory that integrates financial, contractual, and usage data.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and ongoing improvement of an enterprise-wide software inventory, ensuring accuracy across financial, contractual, usage, and ownership domains.
• Design and implement scalable processes for data normalization, deduplication, and classification.
• Integrate and reconcile data across platforms such as Zylo, OpenLM, SAP GL, Coupa, and contract management systems.
• Maintain and enforce data governance policies to ensure ongoing integrity and lifecycle traceability.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security teams to deliver enterprise-wide visibility and alignment on software assets and cost centers.
• Generate structured reporting and insights to support license optimization, vendor negotiations, compliance audits, and executive decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on software asset data and lifecycle management, driving standardization and best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or Enterprise Technology Operations.
• Proficiency with asset and cost management platforms (e.g., Zylo, Snow, Flexera, OpenLM, ServiceNow SAM).
• Strong expertise in data modeling, system integration, and cross-platform reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to design/manage structured reporting, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights.

• Data Integration: Complete contract metadata linkage for all high-impact software assets.
