KYNY Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. Role and Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients and team members via email, phone, and virtual meetings - Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare and edit documents and presentations - Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets - Organize and file important documents and data - Collaborate with other team members and assist with various tasks as needed - Review and respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally - Aid in project management tasks and assist in managing workflows - Be a self-starter and take initiative in managing tasks and projects independently - Research, gather and compile data and information as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents Requirements: - Proven experience (1-2 years) as a virtual administrative assistant or similar role - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High attention to detail and accuracy - Previous experience in project management preferred - Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software and applications quickly - Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
