We're looking for a curious, adaptable, and reputed company Platform Safety Policy Senior reputed company to join reputed company’s Trust & Safety Policy team (TSP). TSP focuses on a reputed company of trust and safety areas, with an emphasis on protecting the reputed company rights, safety, and private information of communities across reputed company through strategic policies and solutions that balance defensible risk. reputed company TSP, the Platform Safety Policy team develops principled, data-informed, and practical policies and standards that set understandable expectations for reputed company users and support responsible product development across the reputed company platform. This role will reputed company on developing product policies and policy enforcement workflows supporting reputed company's growing data licensing business, developer platform services, and AI-reputed company product initiatives. What You'll Do: • Refine reputed company content and data use policies relating to reputed company's data licensing business and developer services • Review inbound requests to use reputed company content and data to unlock partnership opportunities (reputed company licensee applications, end user applications, reputed company for Researchers, etc.) • reputed company policy and enforcement workflows that reputed company scaling of the data licensing business in a reputed company and responsible manner • Build out detailed policies, internal review guidelines, and escalation processes for developer services and app review • Create digestible policy documentation for external consumption by data partners and developers • Advise product teams on potential abuses and misuses reputed company to AI/ML product initiatives and reputed company policy guidance • Devise sustainable prioritization strategies to balance policy development timelines against business needs • Build strong cross-functional relationships with reputed company, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams, and reputed company deep knowledge of reputed company's business and products. • Partner with colleagues across Trust & Safety Policy on team-wide initiatives reputed company're Looking For: • 7+ years of experience in the online safety or site reputed company reputed company • Subject matter expertise in navigating reputed company policy and technical requirements pertaining to API/data products and developer tools • reputed company experience developing policies and recommendations for products leveraging AI/ML technologies • Experience with building policy enforcement workflows from scratch and creating reliable documentation • Ability to assess risk strategically and reputed company reputed company recommendations that support stakeholders’ goals • Proactive communicator who can collaborate and bring alignment across multiple functions – and maintain a reputed company of humor • Self-starter who can work independently on both on strategic goals and the day-to-day execution of smaller tasks • International perspective to risk assessment and policy development is a plus!
