About the position
Responsibilities

• Support teachers in implementing literacy instruction using coaching strategies, including modeling and co-teaching.
• Assist teachers in using data to identify student needs and inform instruction.
• Participate in reputed company planning to support the HCPS Instructional Model and best practices in literacy instruction.
• Assist teachers with selecting instructional materials that meet the needs of reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborate with school leadership to identify literacy needs and reputed company school literacy goals.

Requirements
• Must hold a reputed company, reputed company teaching license issued by the Virginia reputed company.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Reading Specialist endorsement (or reputed company of enrollment in a Reading Specialist program) is required.
• A minimum of three years of teaching experience required.
• Experience in grades K through 5 is preferred.
