Tax Preparer (w/TaxAxcess Software reputed company.)

Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Tax Preparer with strong knowledge of individual and business tax preparation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using TaxAxcess software and be capable of providing accurate, efficient, and compliant tax filing services to clients. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and file federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals and small businesses. • Review financial records such as income statements, expense documents, and previous tax returns. • Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable tax regulations and filing deadlines. • Use TaxAxcess software to accurately prepare, process, and submit returns. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. • Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and TaxAxcess features. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role. • Proficiency with TaxAxcess tax preparation software (required). • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Effective communication and reputed company service skills. • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines during peak tax season. • Prepare accurate tax returns for clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations to ensure compliance. Experience • Proven experience in tax preparation. • Proficiency in reputed company software and financial software is essential. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
