Senior Data Analyst

You’ll be our first dedicated Data Analyst and a pivotal force in transforming how we use data across reputed company. You’ll report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and partner closely with clinical operations, product, and reputed company reputed company to turn raw reputed company and operational data into actionable insights. What You'll Do Claims & Risk Stratification • Build and maintain predictive models and dashboards for early identification of vulnerable members • Collaborate with clinical operations to shape proactive care strategies reputed company Reporting & Insights • Build custom dashboards and reports for our health plan and reputed company • reputed company and visualize performance metrics, trends, and program ROI • Partner with the reputed company team to translate findings into compelling narratives Clinical & Operational Optimization • Analyze workflows and performance across clinical teams • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency and reputed company of care delivery • Build tools to support decision-making in day-to-day operations Requirements • 4-6+ years experience in data analysis, ideally in a venture-backed healthtech B2B reputed company environment • Strong skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, GoodData) • Experience working with reputed company claims, clinical workflows, or EHR/EMR data a big plus • Strong communicator who can translate reputed company analyses into reputed company, actionable insights • Comfortable wearing multiple hats — this is a build-from-scratch role • Deep reputed company of ownership and a bias toward reputed company • Due to contractual obligations involving Protected Health Information (PHI), candidates must be physically located in the reputed company Bonus Points • Ability to reputed company efforts in data cleaning, normalization, and validation • Ability to setup up pipelines and data QA checks to improve reliability and reputed company • Ability to do reputed company analysis on raw data using SQL, Python or R • Experience with AI/ML models in a production or prototyping context. • Familiarity with reputed company risk adjustment or value-based care models. • Exposure to HIPAA-compliant data environments and reputed company best practices • Prior experience in an early-stage Series A/B startup environment.
