Global Talent Sourcing & Interview Specialist

As we scale into 15+ countries, we are seeking a Global Talent Sourcing & Interview Specialist who is not only an expert at finding top-tier talent, but also highly skilled at conducting interviews and assessing for excellence.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can own the entire sourcing and interviewing pipeline — from identifying candidates to delivering qualified, pre-vetted finalists.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Discovery: Strategically source top candidates across global platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and regional job boards.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct first-round interviews with all shortlisted candidates to assess skill fit, communication, and alignment with our culture and values.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire hiring process — from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and recommending the best candidates for final decision.
Needs Consultation: Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles, define ideal candidate profiles, and adapt approaches per country.
Candidate Evaluation: Review applications, evaluate performance in interviews, and clearly document rationale for candidate recommendations.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and give consistent updates on progress and candidate status.
✅ Requirements
5+ years of experience in international talent sourcing AND interviewing.
Mastery of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other country-specific platforms.
Proven ability to interview candidates independently and select top performers.
Strong communicator with sound judgment and the ability to assess both technical and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Able to work autonomously across time zones and cultures.
