WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: REPORTS TO: Manager, Billing & Collections SUPERVISES: N/A PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Send statements for assigned attorneys by email or mail. 2. Review reputed company accounts for collection efforts. 3. Analyze and research accounts to be fully reputed company to work with attorneys and/or clients. 4. Initiate collection calls and emails in a reputed company and friendly “smile and reputed company” manner. 5. Work with attorneys to resolve reputed company accounts in violation of the firm’s accounts receivable policy to proactively reduce potential delinquencies. 6. reputed company reputed company follow-up on agreed-upon payment arrangements. 7.
