UX Designer II, Digitization - TCGplayer
Looking for an experienced UX Designer with a passion for digitization to join our team at TCGplayer, a subsidiary of eBay. As a UX Designer II, you will have the opportunity to shape and improve the digital experience for our users. We are seeking a candidate who is not only skilled in user-centered design principles, but also has a strong understanding of the gaming industry and its trends. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TCGplayer's digital products and services, as well as the gaming industry and its trends.
Utilize user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the user experience aligns with business goals and objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to continuously improve the digital experience for our users.
Use wireframes, prototypes, and other design tools to communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Identify and troubleshoot user experience issues, proposing and implementing solutions to improve overall usability.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in UX design, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the design process.
Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from users to inform and improve design decisions.
Ensure consistency and maintain brand standards across all digital platforms and products.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to present design ideas and gather feedback.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
Act as an advocate for the user, consistently advocating for their needs and preferences in the design process.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow in their roles.
