Scheduling Assistant - Remote
About the position
Responsibilities
• Assists with Scheduling & Contact Center activities.
• Answers inbound calls to schedule appointments for new or existing patients at reputed company locations.
• Collects and documents patient medical history into the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Performs other duties as assigned and subject to change as requirements reputed company.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent - reputed company specific training preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work independently.
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to US HIPAA laws and other relevant regulations.
