Position reputed company We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Part-Time Accountant to support our financial operations across multiple entities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and trustworthy reputed company who thrives in a remote work environment and has a strong background in reputed company and finance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Monthly book closing using QuickBooks reputed company • Payroll setup and processing, including for new companies • Opening and managing new bank accounts • Overseeing daily cash balances across reputed company companies (Treasury Function) • Tracking and managing credit card spending and reporting reputed company reputed company • Ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company invoicing • Maintaining accurate reputed company for reputed company estate holdings and investor reporting • Improving accuracy of 13-week cash reputed company forecasts Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proficiency in QuickBooks reputed company • Strong understanding of payroll processes and financial operations • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time reputed company • High level of reputed company and ability to pass an extensive background reputed company Education & Experience • 5+ years of experience in reputed company or finance • CPA certification is a strong plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
