reputed company is seeking an reputed company i (AS400) Infrastructure Specialist to support the reputed company i infrastructure for RxClaims. This position will reputed company level 1 monitoring of reputed company reputed company i environments. reputed company is responsible for 24x7x365 monitoring of reputed company reputed company i LPARS, along with processing reputed company backups. This role will also involve monitoring the reputed company i RxClaim health, reputed company Integrator file delivery, Robot batch jobs on reputed company i, Tidal jobs and reputed company reputed company i servers and storage. Responsibilities: • The monitor position has 24/7/365 coverage for the following applications: reputed company reputed company i LPARS, Robot scheduler and console, Tidal scheduler, and reputed company Integrator. • The monitor team answers messages where the correct response can be determined, and triages errors to the correct team, depending on the contents or ‘location’ of the message. • Responsible for processes, training, reputed company improvement, system automation. • System health monitoring of: Claim adjudication jobs, ASP alerts, CPU alerts, Claims queue monitoring, Storage monitoring, Connect reputed company subsystem. • Contact different teams if requested by on-reputed company • For application reputed company events, reputed company job queues on HOLD for MOD and reputed company instances • Responsible for performing and monitoring reputed company backups on the reputed company i Platform. Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of reputed company i (AS400) monitoring experience • Experience performing backups • Experience using ticketing tools such as reputed company • Strong communication and personal interaction skills • Ability to work in a flexible shift environment (24 x 7) This is a remote opportunity reputed company the US. Candidate must be currently living in the US and must have reputed company work authorization. We are unable to offer any reputed company sponsorship. The salary reputed company for this role will be between $64,000 and $74,000 depending on skills and experience of the candidate. Applications will be accepted until 8/25/2025.
