Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Media Buyer who can take ownership of our digital advertising strategy and execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running eCommerce campaigns (Performance Max, Advantage+, etc.) as they are building and scaling lead gen funnels.
Ideal candidate will take full and extreme ownership of developing, executing, and optimizing high-performance paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and other key platforms along with display ads across referral sites.
Your success in this position will be directly measured by ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and overall advertising efficiency. But more importantly, it will be measured in how well you help connect more people to the power of music.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, display networks, eBay, and industry publications.
● Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS while reducing CAC.
● Optimize product feeds to increase performance of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Advantage Plus campaigns for e-commerce.
● Ecommerce: Manage complex product feeds, build Performance Max / Advantage+ campaigns, and segment products strategically for maximum ROAS.
● Lead Gen: Develop acquisition funnels, set up tracking, capture leads, retarget, and nurture until conversion.
● Implement and manage conversion tracking (including GA4, offline conversions, CRM integrations).
● Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV), and make data-driven optimizations.
● Implement audience segmentation and remarketing strategies for improved conversion rates.
● Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
● Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
● Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Requirements
● 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads & Facebook Ads at scale for both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
● Proven success, creating and managing large budgets across multiple platforms.
● Strong expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Advantage+).
● Strong expertise in keyword strategy.
● Experience managing product feeds and segmenting products for campaign success.
● Highly analytical mindset – comfortable with reporting and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
● Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and retargeting.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Most importantly: A love of music. You don’t have to be an audiophile, but you should believe in music’s power and get excited about helping others experience it.
Nice-to-Haves
● SEO knowledge (on-page, off-page, or technical).
● Familiarity with affiliate or referral advertising.
● Experience with creative testing frameworks (multivariate testing).
● Background in eCommerce or lead-gen for luxury or high-ticket items and niche industries.
● Knowledge and/or passion for high-end audio
KPIs for Success:
The success of this role will be directly tied to your performance and measured against clear, results-driven goals. Success will look like:
● Return on Ad Spend: Achieve and continuously improve target ROAS across all paid media channels.
● Customer Acquisition Cost: Reduce CAC over time while maintaining or increasing lead and customer quality.
● Conversion Rates: Consistently optimize funnel stages to drive higher conversion rates for both lead gen and eCommerce campaigns.
● Lead Quality & Volume: Deliver qualified leads with measurable downstream conversion into SQLs and paying customers.
● New Customer Acquisition: Drive incremental new customers through paid campaigns, contributing to overall business growth.
● Revenue Growth from Ads: Generate measurable increases in revenue directly attributable to paid media campaigns, both in total and by channel.

Wages:
This position has a projected range of $60K - $80K (DOE)
