About the position
Responsibilities
• Transcribes various medical reports
• Performs general secretarial duties
Requirements
• Six (6) months prior transcription or secretarial experience
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, English grammar, composition, and spelling
• Word processing experience and ability to type sixty (60) words per minute
Nice-to-haves
• One (1) year medical transcription or secretarial experience at a healthcare organization
• Pathology Transcriptionist experience highly preferred
