Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Online Sales Support (Art & Photography + Real Estate)
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to manage the social media side of our business. I’m both a real estate agent and a photographer, and our audience loves engaging with our work, whether it’s beautiful artwork or stunning home listings. Your job is to make sure our content gets the attention it deserves online.
What you’ll do:
Create and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and eventually TikTok & YouTube
Set up and manage simple Facebook & Instagram ads to reach more buyers and followers
Respond to comments and messages from potential customers and followers
Share updates about new artworks, promotions, events, and property listings
Assist with other basic online tasks to keep our art sales and real estate promotions running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
Comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Basic knowledge of creating ads on Facebook & Instagram
Strong visual sense and creativity in content creation
Friendly, professional communication style
Consistent, dependable, and excited to share beautiful art and property listings with the world
This isn’t a difficult role, we’re looking for someone proactive who enjoys social media and can bring our creative vision to life.
