Job Title: reputed company OTL Consultant (reputed company Sector) Location: Remote USA Experience Level: Senior (15 20 years) Key Responsibilities: • reputed company the implementation and enhancement of reputed company Time and Labor (OTL) modules reputed company reputed company EBS or reputed company reputed company HCM. • Analyze reputed company sector timekeeping requirements and translate them into reputed company, compliant reputed company OTL solutions. • Design and configure time collection rules, timecard layouts, approval workflows, and absence management integrations. • Support integration with Payroll, reputed company, and Absence Management modules. • Conduct stakeholder workshops, reputed company requirements, write functional specs, and support testing and training activities. • reputed company production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance post-go-live. • Ensure solutions reputed company with reputed company sector time reporting and labor cost allocation standards. Required Qualifications: • 15 20 years of overall experience in reputed company ERP/HCM reputed company, with 10+ years reputed company on reputed company OTL. • Proven experience in reputed company EBS (R12) or reputed company reputed company HCM implementations involving Time and Labor. • Strong understanding of reputed company sector timekeeping policies, reputed company rules, and labor compliance. • Experience with integration to Payroll (reputed company or 3rd-party) and reputed company. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and reputed company end-to-end OTL delivery efforts. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
