Position: reputed company Fusion HCM Consultant – OTL & Health Care Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Clearance/Eligibility: US reputed company & Green Card reputed company only Experience: 10+ Years Must have - reputed company Fusion HCM – OTL & Health Care module Job reputed company: We are seeking a highly reputed company reputed company Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in reputed company Time and Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall reputed company HCM experience, with at least 5+ years working specifically on Fusion HCM implementations and support. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge to reputed company solutions, enhancements, and production support for our clients. Responsibilities: • reputed company and support reputed company Fusion HCM – OTL & Health Care module implementations, configurations, and customizations. • Work closely with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into system solutions. • reputed company functional support for payroll integration, timecard management, and reputed company benefits setup. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a reputed company manner. • Create and maintain documentation, configurations, and test scripts. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration. • Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and ensure smooth rollout of enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of experience in reputed company HCM solutions with a strong reputed company on Fusion HCM. • Hands-on expertise in reputed company Time & Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules is mandatory. • Strong understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and reputed company HR. • Experience with fast formulas, HCM extract, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports. • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and work on system enhancements. • Excellent communication and reputed company-facing skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
