(https://ryder.com/job-applicant-privacy-policy) Must be located in or near Miami Job Summary: The HR Data Administration Representative I is responsible for efficiently processing HR transactions, resolving HR cases, maintaining personnel files, and collaborating with other HR specialists to ensure the accurate and compliant management of HR data. This role requires meticulous data entry skills and the ability to apply critical thinking in HRIS-related tasks. Responsibilities: Update employee information and perform data entry tasks in the Workday system. Resolve issues within HR systems reported by managers and employees within the ServiceNow platform promptly and effectively. Manage personnel files, both physical and electronic, in collaboration with third-party vendors, and provide internal parties with requested personnel files and related information as requested. Work closely with specialists in other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve complex HR issues, ensuring a cohesive HR approach. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to streamline HR data administration procedures. Provide an exceptional level of service to managers and employees seeking HR support and information. Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Associate's degree or equivalent level of Bachelors in HR preferred • One (1) year or more experience in HR or related field preferred • One (1) year or more experience in case management system(s) (e.g., ServiceNow; Salesforce, etc.) preferred • One (1) year or more experience in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle) preferred • Presents ideas and information in a clear and concise manner, exhibiting exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) • Illustrates ability to listen effectively to concerns and issues in order to provide applicable solutions • Creates an environment that encourages sharing of information within the team, by fostering open dialogue with team members • Demonstrates knowledge and comfort in use of computer technologies Additional Responsibilities: • Diagnose and resolve critical transaction issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability and reliability • Monitor and manage work queues in real time while maintaining service-level agreements • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines in the execution of HR data administration responsibilities. • Document all HR transactions, case resolutions, and personnel file management activities accurately for audit purposes • Performs other duties as assigned Job Category: HR Compliance Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
