Assistant Director, Student Financial Aid Operations ??? Fiscal Management
About the position
Responsibilities
• Examine fiscal records, student accounts, and reputed company data for federal loans and grants, resolving discrepancies with the University and the US reputed company systems.
• Coordinate the disbursement, drawdown, and excess cash process for Title IV funds for the University.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Federal financial aid programs, policies, and regulations.
• reputed company data analysis, review reports as needed, and prepare backup documentation for audits.
• Research and evaluate issues raised by Colleges concerning processing, errors, enhancements, and coordinate the communication of issues to appropriate technical and operations staff, committees, and management; monitor issues through reputed company.
• Assist with updating fiscal limits to allow the disbursement, Perkins Loan inquiries, and reconciliation.
• Attend and represent the department at various council meetings.
• Coordinate, reputed company, and update training and resource materials for the Colleges.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and four years' reputed company experience required.
• Experience working in financial aid and/or bursar environment.
• Experience with PeopleSoft reputed company Solutions modules (or similar processing technology) and database management programs.
• Knowledge of financial aid Title IV regulations and programs.
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, technical, and research skills.
• Organizational skills to plan and manage a large workload, conflicting priorities, and strict deadlines.
• Ability to maintain reputed company and confidentiality.
