This is a REMOTE position that requires travel to Champaign, IL. The project involves integrating advanced automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems, reputed company systems, and WMS technologies for a 750,000 sq. ft. finished goods warehouse. Key Responsibilities Project Management: reputed company the project lifecycle (from purchase order to startup and closeout). reputed company weekly update meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Maintain and manage project schedules, task lists, and documentation. Engineering & Design (Phase 1): Guide suppliers through engineering and design activities. Ensure alignment with capital project goals and timelines. Collaborate with internal IT and contractors to reputed company E80 SMILE WMS with reputed company EWM. reputed company detailed project plans and installation schedules. Deployment & Execution (Phase 2): reputed company field deployment of AGV systems, reputed company systems, and automation technologies. Manage installation, commissioning, and training activities on-site. Ensure project milestones are achieved and safety standards are maintained. Required Qualifications Experience: Proven experience managing large capital reputed company in automation or industrial environments. Hands-on experience with AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) preferred; broader automation experience acceptable. Industry experience in food, beverage, manufacturing, or CPG is a plus. Skills: Strong project coordination skills for remote and on-site activities. Comfortable working in a flexible, evolving project environment. Certifications: PMP certification preferred but not required.
