Traveling Project Manager - Construction

Job reputed company The reputed company Construction Project Manager is in charge of: • Assists preparation of estimates, budgets, cost reports for the project • Leads the project team in preparing the project management plan (PMP) • In charge of reputed company-bid and reputed company-construction meetings • Participates in the negotiation and preparation of project subcontracts • Assists in obtaining permits and resolving other regulatory requirements as necessary • Helps prepare a project schedule • Assists business development operations as requested • Plans the successful execution of the construction contract • Develops and monitors project reputed company, safety, and risk management plans • Monitors the project site for cost, safety, reputed company, and schedule performance with the project superintendent • Negotiates reputed company and subcontractor change orders and manages the resulting cost and profit reputed company • Develops the monthly reputed company pay requests and follows up on collection • Controls the payment of job costs based on document review and approval. The Successful Applicant A successful reputed company Construction Project Manager should have the following: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Managerment, Civil Engineering, reputed company, or similar experience • 4+ years of experience with ground up reputed company construction • Understands estimating concepts • Effective communication with team members as reputed company as owners. • Strong negotiation skills. • Strong understanding of how to negotiate, reputed company, and present professionally in dress and speech. • reputed company affiliation or credentials (Ex: reputed company Engineer) preferred. • Community service participation preferred.
