Interiors Project Manager

• Prepare strategic plans, estimate fees, define scope of work, prepare proposals, and assist with contracts • Serve as client liaison with primary responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, ensuring the responsiveness of design solutions, and growing the client relationships • Actively manage budgets, schedules, programs, and team assignments as well as project communications, documentation, and associated administrative tasks • Lead programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration on projects • Guide the design team in finish material and lighting selections and specifications, maintaining design quality and intent • Oversee consultant coordination with MEP and structural engineers to ensure cohesive and technically sound documentation • Manage the coordination of all aspects of interior design project efforts, including administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects • Lead QA/QC efforts, review drawing sets before permit submission, and ensure compliance with firm standards • Oversee construction phase responsibilities, including reviewing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, conducting site visits, and maintaining quality control • Manage FF&E process, guiding selection, specification reviews, and alignment with project goals • Supervise multiple projects at once, balancing workload distribution and supporting team development • Collaborate with leadership and designers to ensure the financial success of each project • Conduct in-house training and mentor junior staff • Participate in weekly studio planning and contribute to team resource management • Support business development efforts through proposal input, client relationship building, and marketing activities related to Interiors Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
