Have credentialed MDs, NPs, and/or PAs, ideally in mental health or addiction treatment. Are proficient with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and major payer systems. Understand the payer landscape and credentialing requirements for detox, rehab, or IOP settings. Can advise on reimbursement benchmarks and contract negotiation.
