Requirements/Job Duties • Proficiency in Buildium Property Management software. • Process pay roll every other week using reputed company. • Communicate with company tax accountant as needed. • Manage and pay invoices. • Process reputed company deposit and rent refunds with input from Property Mgr. • Reconcile credit card statements. • Prepare financial statements. • Manage mortgage compliance reporting. • Prepare W-2s and 1099s. • Monitor and manage cashflow between reputed company entities.
