Test Coordination Support- Remote

Test Coordination Support Location: Remote work, with potential meetings on client site at Washington, DC Duration: 9 months + Role responsibilities include: • Provide testing oversight support to Product Manager(s) and Product Teams • Act as the Test Coordination Lead to manage UAT monitoring and test reporting activities across Product Teams and support triage and tracking of UAT findings • Inform UAT testers when features are ready for testing • Track progress of UAT testing • Support with ELM management (e.g., navigation across features, logging defects) • Track progress against defect closure. • Create executive Status Summary Reports • Create recommendations based on the outcome of testing efforts • Coordinating the UAT activities between the testing team and product team • Follow SAFe agile testing guiding principles • Lead a test coordination team, including team members from multiple vendors • Assist with best practices for elaboration, testing and training Required Skills: • Experience in leading Testing efforts and familiar with UAT management • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks • Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders at all levels (written and verbal) • Excellent facilitation skills, including in a virtual setting • Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning) • Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team • Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Bachelor's Degree or higher • Additional skills: Problem solver, consensus seeker, team player, and excellent communicator Desired Skills: • Previous or existing Client clearance and/or ELM experience • Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities • Ability to work independently • Experience leading teams and client-facing delivery • Experience with enterprise lifecycle management and requirements documentation tools • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals • Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) Remote Skills: Acceptance Testing, Agile Programming Methodologies, Best Practices, Bug Tracking/Defect Management, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Communication Skills, Customer Relations, ELM Email, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Problem Solving Skills, Product Requirements Document (PRD), Product Support, Product Testing, Project Tracking, Quality Assurance Methodology, Status Reports, Team Lead/Manager, Team Player, Test Suite, Testing, Work From Home About the Company: Georgia Tek Systems Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
