Virtual Assistant/Project Coordinator - Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Scheduling
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.
-Track upcoming deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
-Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and summarize action points.
Data Entry & Analysis
-Accurately enter, organize, and maintain data across multiple platforms.
-Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or opportunities.
-Compile and format reports for internal and client use.
Email & Communication
-Manage inboxes, draft responses, and flag high-priority items.
-Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and team members.
-Follow up on pending requests and maintain clear communication trails.
Event Coordination
-Assist with planning and execution of virtual and in-person events.
-Coordinate logistics, vendors, guest lists, and timelines.
-Track budgets and event deliverables.
Content & Creator Management
-Liaise with content creators and freelancers to ensure deliverables are on time and on-brand.
-Track content schedules, approvals, and publication deadlines.
-Maintain content libraries and ensure assets are organized for easy access.
Other Projects & Tasks:
-Conduct online research to support decision-making.
-Help develop and improve workflows and systems.
-Take on new responsibilities as the role evolves.
