Digital Marketing Specialist for Social Media Ads Campaigns
We’re seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid social media ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter) with expertise in geotargeting. The goal is to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions for our brand.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on major social media platforms.
Conduct audience research and targeting strategy.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals (in collaboration with our design team).
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns.
A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements.
Optimize ad delivery for specific regions, cities, or neighborhoods.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM parameters).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or service-based businesses.
Knowledge of funnel strategy and retargeting.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
Project Scope:
Initial 1–3 month engagement with potential for ongoing work based on performance.
