About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat or Tele Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and real-time assistance via live chat or tele chat. As a full-time, hourly employee, you will have the opportunity to create a positive customer experience while resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally in English.
What You'll Do
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat or tele chat channels in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions to their concerns.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer questions accurately.
• Track and document customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions in the CRM system.
• Assist multiple customers simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maintain response time.
• Contribute to improving internal processes by reporting recurring customer feedback and issues.
• Stay updated on company policies, tools, and best practices to provide consistent and high-quality support.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, live chat, or tele chat roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and customer conversations simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in typing, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
The pay range for this role is:
19.21 - 31.60 USD per hour(Remote (Garland, Texas, US))
