About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead high-impact projects, optimize sales processes, and enhance data integrity within our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in transforming sales operations, ensuring seamless workflows, and empowering teams with clean, reliable data for smarter decision-making.

What You’ll Own & Drive
Project Management & Execution
• Lead and execute strategic Sales Operations projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Define clear project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
• Champion best practices in project execution, change management, and process improvements.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring optimal alignment with business goals.
Process Optimization & Scalability
• Analyze, refine, and streamline sales processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and document optimized workflows for lead management, quote-to-cash, and forecasting.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive automation and system enhancements.
• Ensure cross-functional teams have the right tools, processes, and insights to succeed.
Data Integrity & Salesforce Excellence
• Own data accuracy, governance, and hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring teams operate with reliable, high-quality data.
• Implement best practices for data management, reducing inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
• Train and empower sales teams to leverage Salesforce effectively.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins & IT to enhance CRM functionality, reporting, and automation.
What You Bring to the Table
• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Business Process Improvement within a SaaS environment.
• Salesforce expertise (SFDC)—you know your way around data management, reporting, and process automation.
• Strong project management skills with tools like JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to break down complex processes, document workflows, and optimize operations.
• A knack for turning messy data into meaningful insights AND create powerful Power Point presentations to convey the proper message.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change across teams.
• PMP certification? Even better!
