Dispatcher - Customer Service
DISPATCH FOR PROFESSIONAL LOCKSMITH COMPANY
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a responsible individual to answer phone calls, coordinate jobs and dispatch jobs to our team of technicians for Isle Locksmith Inc. We are a professional locksmith company, successfully growing since 2017. We are family-owned, local company, that serves the island of Oahu. Training is provided - we will prepare you to learn basic locksmith information and the knowledge to successfully answer calls and book jobs while comfortably working from your home.
• Strong communication, time management and EXCELLENT customer service skills
• Clear speaker with a positive attitude & upbeat personality
• Must be organized, proactive and be a team player
• CONFIDENT communicating on the phone
• Obtain basic computer experience to input jobs in the schedule, assign jobs to technicians, close jobs when completed and email estimates as requested
• Ability to learn basic locksmith info for pricing and assisting customers with inquiries and providing accurate price quotes
• On-call as scheduled, responsible to answer all phone calls, reply to text messages and emails
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to work remotely
• Must have a computer/laptop, WIFI & smart phone
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently
• Organizational skills & strong multi-tasking ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage phone calls professionally and promptly
• Accuracy, attention to detail, follow-up skills & LISTENING skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
