Swing, Dispatcher/Router

The Swing Dispatcher Role is a cross-trained position that fills in for scheduled and non-scheduled absences in reputed company Center. The swing is responsible for executing tasks at an expert level and covering reputed company gaps to ensure site operations are not affected.
