Sales Representative-Medical Device
Empirical Consulting Solutions has been engaged to search for a Medical Device Sales Rep in the Denver Metro Area. This is a remote opportunity and candidates must be able to commute daily in the Denver Metro Area.
This role is roughly 80% account management and 20% new business.
• **Medical Device sales experience is not required but an entrepreneurial mindset is a must have!
The ideal Medical Device Sales Representative candidate…
• 1-2 yrs. of sales experience
• Has been through a rigorous formal sales training program
• Has business acumen
• Is a self-starter and a great relationship builder
• Enjoys presenting
• Is comfortable selling in a hospital setting
Offering:
• 70-75K base + commission (uncapped) and employer paid full benefits.
• Medical, dental and vision paid 100% for employee and family.
• Remote with expectation to be in territory 4 days a week and home office 1 day.

Medical Device Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Grow sales, revenue, and market share in assigned territory.
• Establish new sales through cold calling and visits to potential customer sites.
• Offer a full range of products to new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate products in hospitals and educate potential customers about features and benefits.
• Maintain product knowledge and attend training sessions.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreement.
• Maintains competitive product knowledge.
• Collaborate regularly with sales and marketing teams.
Medical Device Sales Representative Qualifications
• 1-2 yrs. sales experience with previous formal sales training
• Business acumen
• Ability to adhere to the vendor credentialing process of health care providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Open to 25% overnight travel
• Must be able to commute daily in the Denver Metro Area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
